About Us

Restored men. Strengthened families. Authentic brotherhood. Kingdom impact.

Men gathered in a circle of chairs for an Adam Project meeting

The Adam Project Reformation, Inc. was founded by Stacy Hayes with a single conviction: men are not broken beyond repair, they are simply living beneath their design. Across every generation, culture has redefined what it means to be a man while the original blueprint has been buried. We exist to uncover it.

Rooted in Genesis 1:28, The Adam Project is a discipleship platform built to help men and boys understand God’s original plan and intent for man. We are not here to fix men. We are here to walk alongside them as they rediscover who they are, whose they are, and why they exist. Through biblical teaching, intentional brotherhood, and real accountability, we guide men into lives of purpose, authority, and wholeness across every sphere: relational, vocational, financial, spiritual, and physical.

Our Approach

We believe transformation does not happen in isolation. It happens when a man is seen, known, and challenged by other men walking the same road. Every resource, event, and gathering within The Adam Project is built around one goal: to move men from identity confusion to identity clarity. We meet you exactly where you are and we do not leave you there. Whether you are taking your first step toward faith or you have walked with God for decades, there is a seat for you at this table.

About Stacy

Stacy Hayes is a pastor, mentor, author, and transformational leadership coach with more than three decades of ministry experience. A University of Southern California graduate, he served as an Associate Pastor for over 20 years, where he saw a recurring challenge: many men were providing, serving, and leading while privately wrestling with identity, purpose, and spiritual authority. That burden became the foundation for The Adam Project Reformation, Inc., a Christ-centered discipleship and leadership movement he leads as Founder and CEO, dedicated to restoring men and boys to God’s original design through one core conviction: identity precedes activity.

Stacy has ministered throughout the United States, Africa, and the Philippines and is the author of Identity Shift: Becoming Who God Says I Am. He and his wife, Ericka, have mentored couples and singles for over two decades through marriage and premarital coaching. His mission remains constant: to help people become who God says they are so they can faithfully fulfill what God created them to do.

About Joshua

Joshua is a founding member and the COO of The Adam Project, bringing 16+ years of healthcare experience as a nurse and 14 years of personal recovery from drugs and alcohol to the ministry. His professional background in patient care, combined with his lived experience overcoming addiction, uniquely equips him to help guide men toward true restoration. Over his five years with the project, Joshua has surrendered his own life to the Lord’s Potter’s Wheel, experiencing profound growth that has transformed him into a better spiritual leader, husband, and father. He is honored to serve on the leadership team, helping men break free from the flesh and find their identity in Christ.

“As a founding member, I have been a part of The Adam Project for five years now, and the growth I’ve experienced is nothing short of miraculous. This project truly belongs to the Lord. By learning to get my own flesh out of the way and surrendering to His control, I’ve allowed God to put me on His Potter’s Wheel.

The impact hasn’t just changed me, it has transformed my home. My wife has witnessed firsthand my evolution into a better spiritual leader, husband, and father. If you are a man looking to find your true purpose and identity in Christ, surrounded by an authentic brotherhood of men doing the same, this is where you belong.”

Frequently Asked Questions

We know taking the first step can feel uncertain. Here are answers to the questions men ask most before they join.

The Adam Project Reformation, Inc. is a Christ-centered men’s discipleship and leadership organization
committed to restoring men and boys to their God-given identity, purpose, and responsibility. Through
biblical teaching, mentorship, brotherhood, outreach, and leadership development, we help men grow
spiritually and become better equipped to lead themselves, strengthen their families, serve their
communities, and fulfill their God-given calling.

The Adam Project is designed for men from all walks of life and stages of spiritual development. You do not
have to have everything figured out before getting involved. Whether you are growing in your faith,
rebuilding after a difficult season, searching for purpose, seeking stronger relationships with other men, or
ready to develop as a leader, there is a place for you.

No. The Adam Project is Christ-centered and biblically grounded, but it is not built around a particular
denomination or local church membership. We welcome men from different church backgrounds as well as
men who are beginning or rediscovering their relationship with God. Our goal is not to replace the local
church but to strengthen men in their relationship with Christ and encourage healthy connection to biblical
community.

Men can connect through outreach gatherings, weekly Bible study and prayer, discipleship opportunities,
mentorship, brotherhood activities, leadership development, and other events. Some men begin by
attending a gathering; others enter through a personal invitation or relationship. Wherever you begin, the
goal is the same: move beyond attendance into authentic relationship, spiritual growth, and purposeful living.

No. Spiritual formation is our foundation, but biblical manhood affects every area of life. We address identity,
relationships, marriage and family, leadership, purpose, work, stewardship, finances, brotherhood,
character, and legacy. We believe God desires to transform the whole man so that what happens within him
eventually changes what happens around him.
